The Mount Beauty Running Festival weekend has historically been a mecca for cross country skiers to come together all the way from juniors and local athletes to national team members and Olympians. Firstly skiers get to battle it out in the the running festival being a classic pre season test event and then finish off the weekend with great team training.
VIC XC was able to re start that tradition this weekend with 13 athletes competing across the 3km, 10km and 14km events taking out a number of the medals.
